PM if interested.
Another HAMBer, PASO JOHN, has some of the best DVDs of various car shows going around. All about $25 each, give him a go. No ,Doc I dont care you didnt return my pm. Cheers
Funny Car Summer, a documentary that chronicals Big Jim Dunn's racing travels. The doc. was made in i believe 1971 but was'nt released until the mid 80's. It basically shows what it was like to tour and race a fuel car back in the late 60's and early 70's. It has some great early 70's racing footage in it. The movie sure brings back a lot of my own racing experiences from those days for me, the all night thrash and then drive 500 or 1000 miles to get to the track by Saturday for qualifying, race Sunday and back to the shop by Monday morning so we could all get to work on time. More than once I remember leaving with only enough money in my pocket to get to the track so if we did'nt qualify I did'nt know how we would buy gas to get back home. 408 AA/D
