I'll say $82.5K including the premium.

I don't see it as a 100K car, but I don't think the "economy" affects the people who will be bidding on this particular one either.

Awesome idea to have a guessing contest, makes it pretty exiting. I'd like to know what everyone's reasoning is behind their bid, instead of just a guess.

I'm basing mine on a $75K auction bid with a 10% bidder premium.

I think it will go for more than the 60k appraisal. But you never know, the auction hasn't been advertised much, and there's no live internet bidding. If Lemay has made an offer you can be sure some of their "friends know about the sale and will be there.

Since most of the replies have been from fellow hambers that aren't going to make it there to bid in person..
If it's advertised on CL and here...I don't think many buyers will show up.
So I'll put in $29,500 for ACTUAL bidders that show up and $60k if it goes to the guy with the "standing offer".

Interesting some of the guesses in the $50-$60,000 range. If there are at least two SERIOUS bidders there it will go so far north of $50,000 you'll need long johns and a parka to keep from freezing.:)
Just to throw out a number how about $85,000
