SO i woke up this morn. thinking........

i was thinkin that maybe i am gettin a little tired (maybe even bored) but i still like ol painted skinny wheels with tall skinny old bias ply tires & hubcaps, flat colors, mohair, tractor gauges, spray bombed front axles & springs with only 1/2 the grease cleaned off em. etc.... ----------- how about an old red,white & blue, American flag tach, metal flake interiors, cool ol SW turquoise gauges, BiG ol mickeys hangin out, TONS of chrome plating, wicked neck snappin power, no bras, free love, drugs, hot pants, candy panel paint, crushed velvet, .go-go boots, prism stickers .......... ---- entertaining stuff like that!

i was at a show lookin at a gasser car & later i took a break & was standin by that particular car. i thought it was a KOOOOL machine & i sat & looked at it awhile & thought hmmmmmmmmmm this is really a neat & well built car but seems to be kinda conservative -------

id like to predict to see more & more of this kind of stuff in the future as its far from boring but still nostalgic.

Pretty much,but I'm a slow typer,and my CD is in another car somewhere,so I couldnt remember word for word.Anyway,Mikes way with word on that song,absolutely sounded like what I heard when I read 2 tones post.I like sparkley stuff and chrome too,Especially in large doses,and fast for sensory overload,one car after the other so I have to step back and take a big breath and exhale...Thats pure extacy....Go Go boots dont hurt..

ooooooh man i guess i have tooooooo many mags in the LIBRARY with these skinny wheels/tires im seeing the same thing over & over & over........... (maybe its time to change inventory?!)

ill dig out a stack of 68-74 mags & look at them awhile. craZy f**kin hippies with big wide possum squashers stickin out ALL the way around, crushed velvet with "'earth poundin engines"" & EvErYtHiNg that could be IS chrome plated.

i wanna see a 57 chev missing the front bumper with the rear wheelwells cut out with aluminum slots & 'G-60s in the front, crushed velvet chevelle buckets an 8 track tape playin 'early stages of disco music. custom candy panels painted on the sides. maybe even a teardrop hood scoop & when it leaves the lights i wanna see the left front big ol G-60 danglin in the air with a long hair behind the wheel smiling!!

I'm down with all of that except for the disco... needs to be Deep Purple "machine head" or something.
