If I have a 235 and its 40 over what would my new displacement be??

    If I have a 235 that is 40 over what would my new CID be??? Thanks

    The missing numbers in the equation that btbsandman posted are bore = 3-9/16" + .040" and stroke = 3-15/16"

    You're probably right, I didn't use a very accurate metric conversion...the only one I can remember is that 3.8 = 231

    I remember that a 3.2 or a 3.3 liter engine is around 200 cubic inches.
