Hot Rods Mid Florida meeting

How many florida guys wanna meet at next months Swap meet in webster to talk and show off our projects? (If their drivable that is LOL) The swap meet is on the first sunday of every month and has not been open due to the heat they say. LOL They close it up for july and august. But have been told it will be there in sept.

I was planning on going to the swap meet next month, but know I don't know which one I was "suppose" to be going to; they both claim they are the original Webster swap meet, and both have it on the same date, but they are 2.5 miles a part...Can someone shed some light on this? Which one is the better one? Why are they both claiming to be the original?...and which one is clothing-optional?

The southernmost swap (Webster) is where the original swap started. I had vended there way back, but it is a motorcycle swap now...dispite what they say in the ad.

The one at the Sumter County Fairgrounds 2.5 miles north, is the current automotive swap.

A lot of us go there every month...I think I will be vending there this time.

I will try to be there. Driving up to Atlanta for the Dixie Fried Show this Friday, be gone all weekend so, I'm sure I'll have a "to do list" for the Webster weekend.

 

i vend there every month,my 3 spots are near the car show area,look for a black and silver 1984 dodge crewcab dually with a white 20' flatbed trailer,i'm a fat guy with gray hair and glasses..

What time is the swap meet open?

 

I'll be there. If anyone has an extra S10 rear end I could use one.

 

They start letting venders in at 5am. and the rest of us I think a 7am.

I'll be there too ! ..... without my HotRods though,,,,,can't haul junk home in them..... I think it's safe to say that about all 12 of us Florida Poor Boys will be there.

i'll have a mustang 9'' rear,a dana 70,a space capsule tires,wheels,an artillery wheel,2 wide 5 wheels,and all kinds of other shit on my trailer.
when you come through the gate by the car show,the porta potties are on the left,go to the 2nd aisle to the right,i'm on the corner,white trailer,black and silver 85 dodge dually crewcab.bring money!
