Projects 30 DAY WOUNDER ,BOSTON ,GAMBINO KUSTOMS ,ROAD ZOMBIES ,lots of pics with up dates

lets start off by saying one of the gambino familys own is leaving the nest to persue bigger and better things yes you heard right boston steve is going back to mass.and we are sad .he will be missed at gambino kustoms dearly,
steve is a great friend & family member ,hes a great fabracator and builder,on top of being an all around great guy .we always have alot of fun .hes a BIG part of the gambino opperation and crew and ALWAYS will be and the door will always be open !because you cant close the door at gambinos when your a family member ,at first steve was alil nerves when i told him you dont leave the gambino family ,you come in this thing of ours alive and you go out dead ,in nicer terms or words the gambino family is forever.
now this brings us to the 30 day wounder part.we'll steves done alot for us and we apreciate that BIG time and i love him like a brother so why not give his truck the 'treatment' i mean how could he go back to mass with out a gambino kustom , he cant , that aint gona work , hes got to represent right ,besides if we dont finish he cant leave lol ,man this is a great plan.
now this brings us to the road zombie part,steves truck just happens to be a big part of road zombie history and a few folks will probley not like the fact that we are redoing the truck and changing the color.the truck was built by choppin joe and eric lamonas at first it was joes personal truck but then things changed and it was finished and sold to "pops" it was painted by lil freddie 'kolors by freddie' and striped by eye bone.so heres the be fore pics follow along as this project crawls along did i mention steve leaves sept 1st lol
man this is a great plan
oh ya the best part about steve and this truck he DRIVES it every were we go

ok your all probley woundering were are the restyling pics ,there coming .i wanted to shed light on a couple things here
one this was already a bad ass truck BEFORE we came up with this brilant brain storm 30 days before steve is leaving
and second steve drove this truck every wear as you can see from the pics from varius shows

ok now that we have that out of the way heres the stuff being done
fill front roll pan
shave door handels
nose the hood
shave holes on side of hood
shave gas door
make new filler neck
lose front bumper
front nerf bars
restyle the bed stake braces
fill all holes in bed
fill stake pockets
rippled belly burner pipes
re paint with panels green and gold








yes this is what we have to go threw on a daley steves butt crack

 

Bummer to hear your leaving, Steve...even if you do have a crack problem...




My brother just moved to Boston...I'll have to look you up when I'm out visiting.

I've always tohught this was one of the best looking F-100's around. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

steve-- we are definitely going to miss you. even though we're close to SF, its tough finding a 300lb fag who's gay with such enthusiasm. You'll be missed, sweet cakes.

my first thought was to say"i like the butt crack" but then ya wouldnt know which picture i was talking about. so ill say its the small details that you guys put in to vehicles that make them stand out

then the gas tank had to come \
so we could do some bodt work on the back of the cab


the we had to cut out a brace on the in side

we used a piece of aluminum to plug weld these holes

this is too cool! The comrodry that comes from a little club and a kick-ass shop is what this stuff is all about.

It is not all about what "I did", but what "we did". That is what is lost on a lot of people.

The Gambino Family is what this is all about!


Also , I had one little brush with fame, I saw senior Gambino at the Roundup in 07, but I was too star struck to approach him. Also , a little tired from the road trip to get there.
