Anyone remember a car, I think it was a duece, was in the mags about 6-7 years ago, I think it was called the cheesegrater? It had lightening holes all over it, full of holes. Anybody know anything about it? Thanks. <!-- / message -->
Yea. It was a brookville car. They filled it with louvers and lightening holes. Even the TCI chassis was riddled with louvers. I didnt really like it. Man I would hate to be the guy wetsanding it, to get it ready to paint.
Last I recall, it was a roadster in bare metal, and it looked killer - for a really expensive cheese grater. edit - stolen from Savage Heres a thread from '04 that got messy http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32298&showall=1 Looks even worse with all the "bling".

Thanks for the info, I was getting a headache trying to remember who did it. Thanks for the link too, it did get messy.
Hey Guys, ...just I'm looking for some pics of this 32 roadster full louvered... The pics in the link of "boristheblade" are not available now. Thanks Ermann
Holy Shit, After reading that thread and the Bull Shit it caused I think I will leave the HOLES in the frame, and they are not just holes, they are BELLED on the edges.
