Art & Inspiration the GREAT HAMB TIN FIND

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Chris, Aug 12, 2008.

  1. Ok, so 5Wbomber and I have been talking a lot about cars that we each know of, hiding in remote areas or whatever, either not for sale, too much money, or what have you. Then we started talking about the power of the Hamb, and figured between all our members, theres gotta be a ton of neat old stuff around this world that most everyone has no idea is there. You do not have to spec location or anything if you do not want, but pics are a MUST!

    LETS SEE EM!!!!

I know where there was a '39? Cadillac Limo and a Hearse, both complete and both with flathead V8's. I think they are still there. They were for sale, and cheap. I'd go get them, but I have no place to put em.

It's either a 1933 or 1934 Chevy Town Sedan. I used to own one (a '34) in about the same shape as the one in that picture (it even had the same cut in the rear fender)!

There's no way I could have ever built it, but I wish I would have found a way. Those are sweet looking cars when they are done, and there aren't very many out there.

All of these pictures were taken over the last 12 years here in Michigan, You should have seen the yard in the "U.P." that was auctioned off in the 70's,...
