Hot Rods What are these Alien Eye headlights off

Got these at a swapmeet today couldn't leave them just want to know what they might be off? OVAL Sorry for the crappy pics.

 

Just a WAG, looks like something off of an Essex, '20's vintage.

 

The fluted lens makes it look like a 28 model a but the back sure isnt ford looking

 

Essex lens would have the six sided logo molded at the top.

 

Those aren't headlights, they are running lights- my dad has them with red, clear and yellow lenses. Look at the bracket- it's for mounting to a bumper bracket.

 

I agree with Jim. Those are driving lights....

Thanks I still had to get them $10 for the 3 they can sit in the shed.

 

I have a few that look like that. Mine are S & M Lamp Co. running lights. Was going to try a headlight bulb in them someday and see if it worked good enough for use as headlights.
