WOW! I've seen guys wreck the ones that had just a little 5HP motor. A couple beers or even sober and things could get out of hand in a hurry with a V8! But, then, that's the fun!

Stacey David put one of those together on a Gearz episode. As I recall he said their included motor was a fairly detuned 305 with a lumpy cam for sound effects mostly. The thing I thought was crazy is the cart doesnt have actual brakes. It uses a hydrostat trans out of a lawn tractor so you press the left foot lever to go forward while you press the throttle with your right foot. I saw that thing built on Torque TV on Speedvision not too long a go. It looks like a real pisser, the guy who hosts the show was test driving it through their building where they film the show and he rounded a corner and some lady was just coming out of an office and he scared the shit out of her. That in itself would make me want to buy one, I bet they cost a small fortune
Small block kits on their website - W/O the long block - sell for $8000 for the basic kit, and $13,500 for the turn key kit. They make a big block kit too.... Stacy David on Gearz was using one to pull a small dozer into the shop with it. Would be useful around a shop. Could probably build one for THOUSANDS less than that... Could be just as much fun with a banger or other 4 cylinder motor as well.

no, i have not personally seen it. but look at the proportions of the engine against his body...it's a full scale motor no doubt....not sure on the cubic inches tho. i was guessing 350, because that is the typical sbc.

I thought of dropping a 6 banger in my lawn tractor and putting a car rear in it for laughs but damn lol
Next small block I get, I am going to build one of those! I would not use a hydrostatic trans and I would actually have brakes however. I would just use a clutched 90 degree in/out box with a reverser, and run a motor cycle chain. They are pretty easy to find in farm stores and not expensive.
