nice truck, ive never been a big fan, put a 56 grill in it at least. =) i still like the wraparound window in the 56 alot better.

Looks like a hell ofa steal for 6k though, lots of potential.

Thanks guys..Its a 350/350 with a narrowed 10 bolt out back, mustang II up front. Has some hood alignment issues (Needs Hinges), and I hate the Gm column. Carb is too big (750 dbl. pumper), but other than that it ran and drove great. There was a line of 5 guys waiting and we were the 1st one who called. I sure appreciate the guy giving us first shot at it....
It's my buddies 1st hot rod of any type (He was a drag racer like me), so he's tickled pink that I found it....

  10. Where the hell did you find that Bobber? Does whoever you bought it from have anything else for sale? 6k-you've got to be kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    That's a frickin, STEAL!!!!
After I got to see it, I would have expected:
Him to be having trouble finding the title ("pay me today, I'll send it to you 1st thing Monday")
To meet his pissed off ex-wife who was selling his $24K truck for $6K.
    or
Him to want you to wire the funds to Nigeria.

Great find! Deals are only going to get better once winter hits! With people struggling
to heat their homes...........toys are gone!

  30. Nice find....I wonder...might there be a way that we could post local Craigslist finds that might be HAMB material? I don't really know of one right now because as I read the Classified rules here, the poster is expected to be responsible for the ad...I don't want to be responsible for someone else's deal or integrity, but I would like to see a way to alert our friends of a good deal if we see one.

So that way, our fellow HAMBers might be able to snag some of the good deals that occasionally show up on your local Craigslist-ings? I certainly would rather see some of the cool stuff go to a HAMBer than to some schmooo...

    Suggestions? Moderators? Ryan? Anyone?
