I agree with Duece Roadster. It's almost impossible to screw up a 40 Ford coupe, (it has been done!), black with a very potent small block with 6 Strombergs and a 39 box, winters v-8 quickchange. Love to trade my roadster for a good builder, anybody interested?
The Camaro from Transformers cuz it's a car AND a robot!!! Or a black 40 Ford coupe with steel wheels (that would turn into a robot).
for me its gotta be a 36-38 chevy 5 window coupe, i'd love to have a sport coupe with the rumble seat, but I've only seen one of those in person. So I just keep looking for one that isn't street rodded or ruined.
928 Bulletproof 32V, 5 liter aluminum V8 155 mph And, blown, they're a riot ---- http://tinyurl.com/3bp4rp
The first car I ever fell in love with. The Gary Howard built Impala comes second to the Cole Foster built 5 window converted to a three. I like it best photographed in bare metal, but I'd definitely prefer it painted. It is the best car I've ever seen. or Billy Gibbons Ford "Copper Head" I'd also like to thank John Joyo for editting this message and tryin to help me be the very coolest I can ever hope to be. ahhaha
Ever since I was a kid I thought THIS car was where it was at... 1964 Shelby Daytona GT I would settle for a '65 though... Not a hot rod, but it's not a realistic possibility either... HAHAH! Hot rods will always be my first love...
Afore I fall down for the last time I'd like to own a 34 Ford 5 window coupe. It's that simple and I'm that easy.
The ONE CAR would be my present car. I looked FOREVER to find it hidden away in the Arizona desert, took another 5 or 6 years to get it on the road and now I hate to even "down it" overnight for anything!! It will never win any awards, probably never get proper straight panels and nice paint but it runs and drives GREAT. Searcher knows what I mean.
Very tough one but I'm gonna throw my hat in the ring. '66 Galaxie 7 liter. How can you not like a car that's shaped like a brick but some designer decided the antenna needed to be shaped like a wing.
The little street fighter! I missed this thread a couple weeks ago but I would still want one... even after 38 years!
Make me happy and give me an AMC AMX/3 on my next birthday and I promise that I'll always be greatful and nice to You for many years to come. Now if we only could find one for sale for decent money... Why I would own one? Probably just to be really certain of not meeting another one on a cruise-night. [/
'32, 3, or 4 phaeton. Black, white top, chopped maybe 2 inches or so. Black Kelseys, blackwall ribbed Firestones. '57 Olds J-2 engine and a '60s Muncie 4-speed and Hurst shifter. Chromed '57 Olds rear with 3.70 gears.
a '34 Ford V8 Roadster. stock except juiced brakes. Just look at one, no further explanation required
No wait. '60s gasser Anglia, blown 392, Hydro, kidney beans in front/magnesium American 16x10s in back with MH slicks. No wait....
A 1948 2 Door Fleetline. The very 1st time I saw a fleetline in person ( a 42) I was in love with the style.
Far as HAMB-friendly cars go, if I could only have one car, I'd have to go with a '46 - '48 Chrysler Town and Country ragtop or station wagon. Probably the most beautiful post-war car built, period. If I could have a second car, I'd have a '55 Chevy Cameo pickup. Gotta have a truck once in a while!
no way to pick just one like to have the 51 buick ragtop strt 8 I had back a t bucket, coupe, hell any t LOL any A early tbird xk-e early mustang studie ok Ill quit LMAO
Always wanted to add a 1963 Ford Galaxy convertable to the heard.A 406 tripower/ 4 speed/Dark blue exterior/light blue interior with bucket seats/white canvas top/Cragar S/S's.Just like the one Dad had when I was a kid .I loved that car very sad when dad sold it.I still remember all the chrome in the interior and the sound the tri-power made when Dad would floor it.
chevy cheetah! Incredibly cool looking and depending what motor, super powerful... expensive, hard to find, tempermental...everything that a hot rod is!
I love hot rods, but. I'd have to say a Saleen S7 Twin Turbo... I just hope the hot rod gods don't smite me.. :\
Lister Chevrolet, Why, its supposed to be an outright bitch just to drive it and I like a challenge. Pegging an old Jones tach at down the back straightaway of a road course is still a dream of mine. I started making a glass clone of one at 18, I was really pissed off when Chuck Beck started selling them as a kit soon after I started. His are some well made cars but only an original would do, while we are all dreaming...
