I spent the day yesterday with my bud Scott helping him drag out a studebaker champion, that his mother-in-law use to drive in high school, out of the woods. After we got that out and back to his house, we loaded up my 31 dodge that we had pulled out. I spent the day today unloading it out of my truck and putting it in my storage "shed". One of these days I'll get to it, but at least for now it's out of the woods and in the dry. Here are some pics of the fun. later shawn

Yeah I know guy's, but I just couldn't leave it rot away. As I was looking at it I was wondering to myself, What the hell did I get myself into:). I'm thinking of building it into one like Posie built, I think it was called "Thunder road". later shawn

WOW, that brings back some memories! The first rod I ever built was a 35 Dodge 2 door sedan that looked an awful lot like yours! Mine also had the roof cut off, but I still had floors in the rear 1/2 of the body. Took 7 years to get it to the road, but then we put 77,000 miles on it in the next 7 years. It was a great car, not much to look at, but I sure learned a lot from building it. Best part of starting from one in that condition is what ever you do to it is an improvement, you can't hurt it.
    Have fun. Gene
