Funny, I know of Mert and John from the bicycle business (yes also saw OAS on tape as a kid). I respect those guys a ton for ALL they have done...........yeti aint the same w/o John tho...................
trust me "They" know what he has done and have been friends with him for years..."they" are the real deal trust me allot of people don't know who he is so I think the On Any Sunday reference is so people would remember who he is.

okie bowl sounds cool, but i really hope it doesn't cut into the vintage bike racing time. one of my favorite events of the year. cant wait to see fast eddie wind up those old indians!
Malcom Smith ruled in that movie. and Harvy Mushman was a good racer as well. Wish I could be there. Hey Evil think you could grab a poster for me and have Mertt sign it.
