** PICS from NSRA YORK...HAH...WTF !!!

Looks like the Monsoon of Rain never made it NSRA York this year but it "HOT AS HELL" .... Fri & Sat Temps with the Heat Index made it to 115 !!! First Year in over 6 with no rain ..... Car count was down by at least 1500 also the spectators too ( Gas, GG Indy & NASCAR race in poconos )

put that green Sedan in brown 'red-oxide' primer and it should would look like a famous HAMBers ride

Uh, this is surely rediculous looking, but how did they do this? If it was really chrome plated, I cant imaging what that chrome bill was!

Looks like Chrome paint by ALSA and a candy coat on the body...I think thats the only way this is possible...

 

Yeah, that chome paint is pretty convincingly chrome-looking. I suppose it has its place, but using it as a candy base is not the ticket!

 

Man if thats ALSA mirachrome, then he's the first person I've seen to make it work!!!! It's definately cool, has that Hotwheels look. Not sure it works on a traditional car though.

I heard part of the guy who built it talking to someone. Said he had to have each piece done individually, then reassemble it.Also that each pice had to be perfect flat black before what ever they did and as soon as that was done, nothing else could be done-no sanding,wiping down,etc. It did catch your eye.
