My Merc is finally a color.

    It's not the final color, but a color just the same.

    Some of you have seen these pics, but here is the breakdown anyway...

    Here is a year and a half ago.

    Her first trip around the block. This car was 12 diffrent colors...really.

    Chop done.

    And tonight, her first coat of filler primer.

    Next post, she will be shiny black. Maybe by the end of June...

    looking good. i do like the chop on this one. a lot of people take too much out. this is right on the money. cant wait to see it in black.

    Yes! After seeing about twenty horrific Merc chops at Santa Maria, it is nice to see one done just right.

    nice...Best of luck sanding till your fingers bleed..haha I had no finger prints for awhile after blocking a 34 that was gonna be painted black..haha

    Matt...my car is a she, not a he, homo. Seriously... I have eyeballed a bunch of your Mercs putting this car together. The pics of the red primered car helped tremendously.
