Hi Folks, I stumbled across the H.A.M.B. while looking for exhaust manifolds, for an old flat bottom V-Drive I've found much useful info here! I don't now if any of my vehicles would qualify for (or be worthy) of being included for discussion, as the oldest I own is a 1968. I'm fortunate enough to live across from an old WWII airport that was converted to a drag strip back in the 1950's, it was converted back to an airport in 1972, but the new owners take one day a year and let folks come out and race, many of the former racers bring out the same machines they raced in the 50's 60's and 70's. Some guy's even race their sons! John
I can chime in here as I'm just a stone's throw away. The drags are Oct 11 this year, and the place is Kingdon. Has been discussed on the HAMB before - some folks here have run there the past couple events. Link: http://www.kingdondrags.com/
