been busting ass on a friends '61 caddy only to find out the driveshaft is bent. This is the only thing holding him back from driving to santa maria. Memory lane hasent gotten back to him. If anyone knows where one might be p.m. me Please! Thanks guys!
I think they're the same, '57 - '64. You might check with NAPA... I know the rear ends are the same from those years, anyway. Have allcads, or Arizona Vintage, or Caddy Daddy send you one via Greyhound. ~Jason
Junk yards pick up cars with fork lifts and almost always bend the shafts. Try Powertrain Industries in Brea or Garden Grove. They can fix it or replace the bad parts. 800-798-4585 714-255-7030 (Brea) 714-893-4585 (GG)
Dont waste your time.... Call Wade King Driveline's Unlimited, 6 McLaren Street, Irvine, CA 92618. Phone (949) 951-9673 The will come and take the old one out and rework it or make a new one... John

thanks guys, he called coopers they said they have one for him. The car is at the electrical shop and the guys wouldn't let him drop the drive shaft in the shop. Otherwise he could have gotten it fixed today. Were leaving Friday morning so were scrambling to get it roadworthy
