29 for another month and a half. Figured I would reply before I was too old for the post. The good thing about getting older is you can afford better parts. No more whitewall tire paint, you can spring for the real thing!

25yrs old... I've got a couple toys ranging from a go-fast mustang to a desert purpose baja bug......

......but the only one I refuse to ever part with is my 53' 1/2 ton Chev pickemup that is slated for a chop, shortened wheelbase through the bed, frenched, shaved, big block/manual trans, Ford 9 rear 4link'd, MustangII.... sitting on its nuts of course....

now... if i could only finish one of them.......

    26. Just picked up a 52 Chevy 2 door sedan about 2 months ago for $900 (thanks ROSLAN KREEP). Runs, needs some electrical work, minor body work, a good sanding and a couple coats of Krylon.

You midwestern guys have NO idea how lucky you are. Anything older than say '36 in California is sooo expensive that I don't think I've ever seen anyone under 30 driving one around. It amazes me how many under 30 guys on this board are driving classic tin...kudos to you all!

  20. That car's definitely worth blowing your wad on, no pun intended.
    Nice ride.
59 Chevys of any style are my favorite cars.
I still feel like I'm under 30, does that count???

  26. You'll be better off in the long run, anyway.
Trust me, I've been there and looking back wished I would have spent more time with cars and less time at bars.
    Hey that rhymes.

Physically I'm 24...but my maturity level ranges between 11 and 65.

Had the Cutlass since high school and just finished the modified. Guess I need project #3.

  28. Currently 25.

Only "traditional" stuff I have right now is a set of ARDUN heads, a '34 Tudor body with misc associated items. Primary interests lie with the full size '58-'62 Chevys in a more modern flair.

Im 24 and just finished up my first, as above mentioned, same here all friends are at the bars or doin other stuff, but its cool because when im done working on it for the day i can sit back and have a couple at the garage for ALOT less than they pay just to get into the bar. Plus how much fun is it to hear and see peoples reaction when they see what was built and wish they had one, and i always get a kick about people talking about what THEY are going to do one of these days to there car or what car they are GOING to build, my answer to them is just to smile and say ok.
