All my cars need me to spend money on them to keep them happy, and my daily driver leaks trans. fluid on the driveway every once in a while.
my 65 catalina hardtop is "selina" the 52 chevy chopped is "ruby", she was red once and had a sticker of a pin up named ruby so it fit and my 63 catalina is named "neptune", from the color, but still a girl. And if i get a truck again it will be a neither, too manly so i usually call them the pick em up truck like alot do, it IS in the way you treat them i guess.
Come on look at the "Hooters" on her... and that big ol smile!! Even wife and daughter name our daily driver cars. Wife's car is a 99 Expedition (Sally) and she named my 2002 KIng Ranch F150 "Duke" because of the saddle leather seats... we got a Focus we just call a "Piece of Shit".
In English, not-living items aren't subject to a gender, like they are in a Latin language, like Spanish fr instance. In Spanish "vehicle" is called the masculine word "vehiculo" (with an accent over the "i" my computer won't do in English.) But I wouldn't take that to have much relevance to women because in Spanish, there is no female word for "brain".
Even though they have gender specific names, Herman, Bertha, they must be bi-sexual because as I'm working they either get "You BI**H" or "You SON OF A B***H" with a "mother f****r" thrown in here or there for good measure. (These are normally associated with skin and blood being left on some portion or a bolt welded with rust and unmoving).
Back in the day guys used to hang coconuts on the back of their model T's with a sign that said "you can't call me Lizzie now."

Miss Fortune. Like the name of my car, it's a name from a WWII bomber. Plus, it sounds like the name a hot rod should have. Yea, I vote Miss Fortune.
My '56 Ford F350 tow truck is Captain Hook. My '31 Ford is Mr. Grumpy. I bet I could come up with a name for you, too, but you won't like it. Ha!
Looks a bit "Dodgey", Also kinda "Frumpy" looking. PM me and I'll tell you where that name came from.
