Well thanks to patient customers I was able to get my 32 sedan not done but going for the Roundup. So Monday rolled around it was time to get back to making some dough. For some reason the bills do not realize we have cool events we need to go to. So progress began on saving this 32 chassis from street rod form to something more desirable (my opinion) and for Mike.

So I started with a supposebly professional built chassis that had already been boxed, front and rear crossmember installed, chassis that was setup for a triangulated 4 bar in the rear that was crooked, 4 bars ends were welded on crooked etc. god awfull brackets that hung down about 12". Just really ugly. Center tranny mount was all welded in and not removable.

So what have I done? I removed the rear crossmember that was set up for coil over. Installed a new rear crossmember (thanks to Riley Automotive) set up for buggy spring. Then we replaced the 9" with a new 57" wide and welded on all the rearend components(spring hanger, ladder bar brackets, etc). Set up the ladder bars and ended up making new tabs that tied into the pre existing trann mount. Not sure on making the tranny mount removable, so I may just make the floor more removable to get to the tranny from the inside, Like Bass did.

Anyhow i still got to get the front end setup, vega steering mount in, panhard rod on rear, brake pedal, motor mounts etc.

    Heres some pics

If I would have known then, what I know now, I would have never dealt with this person.

P.S. I am Mike, and this is my ride.
