My 28 roadster;the unvailing of "popeye"

well i cant wait any longer, here she is, i built it in 3 months, for hotrod tv, the show is airing May 10th!!!!!!!!(this month) on Speed. i started with untrimmed 32 rails a rusty body and my own wallet(wasnt much at all) and i pulled it off, even lost a finger for it, but hell 3 month a bitchin 28 roadster, and my self-tought self....... i really dig her! heres a couple of shots, watch my show and youll see a lotmore, plus me haulin ass in it..........im proud of it and thats what counts,for everyone who thought i was a punk kid and blew me off. -jordan

really like the use of hardwood to fill the body frame gap, a technique that is very period correct and often overlooked.

That was a finger well spent. Must've hurt like hell, but in the end I think it was worth it.

Your roadster is bitchin! 3 months and you did all that? Man, you must have put in some tall hours to get it all together in that time, congrats. One thing pisses me off. I don't get Speed channel from our cable company. I'll have to see if my brother will record it for me.

My roadster is nowhere near as clean as yours is but once I get er runniin' I'll get a hold of you and make plans to come up to see you and Popeye in person.
