Haha..yeah finally. It seems like FOREVER when there is a car you want so badly , but may only take a couple days before it's actually in your name.

Nice ! I don't know why but I've always wanted a '59-'60 Miller Meteor hearse, (maybe cause of Ghostbusters ??) but....

    1.) They are rare
    2.) Therefore, expensive
3.) My fiance said she'd never ride in a hearse...

Mine was posted some months ago rotting in the garage. I've got another run at it, so here's the update as of yesterday. 1960 Commuter Amblewagon.

I think we're pickin this one up this week or next. It'd be swell to have it for Billetproof in Ocala this weekend...but we've got to get our booth stuff in order first (lots of new junk, so come see us). Plus, we'll have to sell the daily driver and all that before we can pony up the money.
It's got all the chrome on the front painted...that'll be a project to see how much I can reclaim of that. Then there's replacing the 52 windshield with the 53 windshield and a buncha other decent projects.

  19. Thanks for openning this post again fellas. I was just about to seek it out...

Her's an illustration for the long roof buffs. I did this for the HAMB Art Challenge #7.
That olds op above is way too cool and what irony it shows on the same day as this drawing?

bttt... because we have to stop that other thread! I have been waiting years to get in this one mostly because I never felt worthy :)

but all that is changing quickly. So here is a before. Over the next month the rear is dropping 4" with spacers, I could only get another 1" since this shot because that is all the stock u-bolts would give but I was bored so I did it anyway. The front is dropping 2" with new TA springs.

The wheels are getting replaced with WW’s and my own center caps. Then paint!!! This is going to be a spring/summer long over do. Should have the tri power and new ignition in this month (fingers crossed).

Can't one of the mods merge the other thread into this one? This is one of the best HAMB threads out there.

I am usually on the lower the better side but the stance on this car and tire sizes looks great!
