Another unidentified wheel. Please help ID

    In my search for some solid Halibrands I turned up these instead. They are alum. but have a nice Halibrand like look to them. The back says International. I have never seen another, anyone else? Rare? If you know of another 15" PM me. Thanks.

    I have four of them. They use a steel bolt-pattern adapter, and weird long-taper lug nuts that I can't find anywhere! If you know of a source for them, let me know.
    I call 'em "supermarket mags", they were sold there in the '70's.

    I don't have anything but the one (grocery store) mag wheel, I kinda like the look but its useless without at least one mate. Thanks for the reply.
