Wow, very nice! Sometimes it's tough to tell what it's gonna look like in 100 different colors or stages of bodywork, looks great. I don't think I have the patience to build a custom-SO much bodywork

Slowandlow63, that's not the pic! the fender IS messed up at the bottom,but i never realized it untill i took those pics!..another reason why i wanted to get it in primer,but you would have thought i would have caught that!

for every one thing i fix,i find three more things that need to be fixed! i would love to make the HAMB drags,,,"two black shinny mercs and one scruffy merc following behind"
that would be a helluva site!

Lostin51,,i wish i could say it was closer to paint,,,this car looked so good when i bought it,,but i have found so many things on the body that need to be fixed!,,,it is probably going to be satin at least for a while,,,i have so many obligations here on the house that need to be done ,,i just dont have enough time,,,plus even if i did paint it...i dont have the money for rechroming bumpers,ineterior and all that other stuff,,and it would look like shit with all the old stuff,,,


Dodgerodder...yup,,,i was having a mental block and couldnt get past all the 5 or 6 colors! it makes it a lot better to look at in the garage tonight!

Toast...just a lil more massaging,,maybe some satin w/flat clear,then fit the glass,trim and vent windows..bumpers,,, and a ton of other "need to do's"!!

BigTony,,,funy you mentioned that,,,i have alot of drive time behind the wheel each day with my job,,,i have thought of doing a candy orange with blue flames!



one other thing i notcied after taking the pics was not only did i get primer on the merc,,,but i also got primer on the right front wheel!!!...it's off now! hahha

...i was not sure about the chop,even though i have been looking at it for the past couple months that way(i actually started the chop just around thanksgiving,) it is sometimes hard to tell untill it is out of the garage sittting on the street and in one color

like i said before,,i was getting really burned out on it and my apologies to those i may have taken it out on with some of my responsesthese past few weeks,,,!,,this car is no barris merc,for sure,,but i am finally feeling pretty good about it once again,,,
