    funny,,

still wondering how the heck did i got mixed up in this thread?

,,so i went back and re-read it from the begining and rembered why...

in your first post you were discussing the "stance" and then you stated "perfect"

like i said before,i like the coupe, but when anybody calls their ride 'perfect' ,(like it or not)you sometimes open yourself up for criticism. some true and some unwarranted.

it's a killer lil coupe and the more i look at it in the pics, the more i like the way it "sits",,i see the look you are going for..

i DO know the techincal difference between stance and rake,,yes...,what i was getting at is what Kilroy stated so nicley ...,but I couldnt explain (or didnt think i had too,i thought most of you guys knew what i was saying)..

    anyways..good luck and take care.

    Great looking car.

Trying to define an era is a little like nailing jello to a board. You can determine around when a trend started, but defining when it ended is more difficult. Cars that were built in the 50's and made it into the 60's,70's, and eighties. a lot of times carried features from the past with them. They were works in progress and constantly evolving. The rear nerf bar on this car as an example, is it 50's, 60's etc. or just a timeless hot rod feature that transends eras.

Your coupe looks great! I think it would be hard to want to change anything on it. But the w.w. slicks would look great on it to.

At GNRS everyone thought the car needed to be raised up in the rear, but no one wanted to say anything. Glad you are getting the stance/rake handled.

Again, congrats on winning so many damn awards !

You, being who & what you are, don't have to say thank you at all. I just wanted to be sure that you got them oh great leader.

Car looks good. Looks great without the slicks! It would really look the best if it was at my place and not yours! LOL

And this is why I love model As. If set up correctly, like this one, there simply is no more beautiful coupe out there.

    hahaha...

Ya the whole build happend so fast that we didn't even notice it was too low..we set the
setting on the adjustable rear perch to where it was before we tore it apart and we went for it,,, so ya,,it went up about 4 inches..

  30. Evel your cars fuckin perfect with or without slicks, I even think it looks good with the stance it has right now.

Only thing left to do is drive the shit outta it, and get some quarter mile times under its belt. I wanna see a pic of it at the drag strip with your ET on the window hehehehehe
