    Thanks Tony:D

It's a good truck. Driven some 85,000 miles since I finished it in 1990.
Here's me, downtown Manhattan at about midnight, early November, 2001:

My old girl, original '65 F250 4X4, non original 390, solid cam, headers, Holley SD single plane. I miss driving it. My son still stomps on it for me once in awhile.

Here's mine. I've since ditched the 37 inch goodyears and added 40 inch swampers. Dana 60 front, Dana 70 rear. 350, Turbo 400, dana 20. Tubbed, Samurai back seat, Cobra Mustang Front seats and the great IH body and boxed frame. Soon I'm ditching the 350 and bolting in a 4bt Cummins turbo Diesel.

  11. Those units on the left looked like trailers with windows cut out in the front for a cab. The company was Interstate Dress Carriers and hauled dresses from the factories in North Eastern PA to the NY Garment district. I think they had racks in the back and transported the dresses on hangers. Growing up I saw these vehicles on a daily basis. Somebody out there have more photos? Know who made them? What kind of powerplant?

It'll do. I like the way the "Long Vehicle" sign is highlighted in the background. :D
