who owns this car and is it still around? has it been finished?

I am not sure who own's this car, but it was for sale on Ebay a while back. The car was for sale out of northern California when on Ebay, I dont know if it sold or not.

A couple of months after seeing it on Ebay it showed up at a local car hangout here in SoCal.

Still dont know who own's it,

I knew I'd seen that car before. Bob's Big Boy last November. That thing has a 5 liter mustang engine in it, looked like an Armenian or something drove it in.
