Walked by the roadster today and saw a puddle of ATF under the trans. Its been parked for 2 weeks. Its got a C4 auto in it and it is comming out of the vent tube on the drivers side. Whats up with this?
sounds like your converter is draining back into your transmission over filling the pan i read an article in this months Street Rodder where a guy is having the same problem with his C4.
my guess would be that the torque converter holds so much fluid, being parked it leaks down n out?.. all i know is the c4 i had in my 79 pickup left its mark when i first got it, the spot i moved it from it was sitting in over a month. filled it up with type F and i never had any problems with it for the years i had it after that....
