4-Speed Toploader repair in Atlanta or Georgia

Anyone know of someone who repairs Ford Toploader 4-speeds (cast numbers say this one came from a 67 Mustang), in the Atlanta area, or north Georgia?

 

I have never used him, but there is a guy at Rockwell transmissions on Jimmy Carter Blvd in Norcross that is supposed to be good with older 4 speeds. Hope that helps.
