cant believe I missed that. Had to go to the other side of the state would of like to meet some fellow HAMB'ers. Cool pics.
Hey thanks for including a photo of my '32 Ford at the Tampa run and the kind wordz. Good to meet a few 'genuine' rodders for a change. I'll be at the Turkey run admiring all the HAMBONES. Hope to see you there. MACK (Riff Raff)
Whoa, that was a nice surprise. As soon as I get the car sorted out properly I plan on making it back up to SpringHill one Thursday. I just finished rebuilding the engine just in time for the Tampa NHRA run. Less than 300 miles, now an oil leak, a radiator leak and a misaligned clutch, damn, damn, damn! Daytona is coming up fast. Thanks again, hope to see you at the Turkeyrun. Mack
That Hemi sedan is kickin'! You gottag bring that down to the ranch sometime when we're thrashing on the next couple of projects... Tim MBL
Jon, you know that our little adventure saturday really gave me hot rod fever in a bad way. Thanks again!!!
If you're talking about my "T"...then Thanks! If the copper one..I agree! That car is amazing...Sinner, hope the frame can be made to work. I know with your fab skills you can do something... Tim MBL
I'll figure out something. I already knocked apart the body and was mocking it up a little, trying to decide where things should go.
Apperantly this was the first year. 1975 and older. I am 37 years old and I personally enjoyed seeing the cars that I considered "hot rods" from when I was young. 60's Mustangs and Chevelles to name a few. There were only two "Cobras" there. One was at the swap meet for sale and the other had those plastic testicles hanging from the back. What a douchbag. Anyway, there was a super nice early 60's VW bug and an early 70s yellow VW thing. There was a cool as hell Ford ranchero looking thing from Austrelia. A few early Toyota dragsters and one very stupid red 1970 Monte Carlo on the big donk rims. I only saw him on Sunday.
Burlington Vt. Richmond Va. Sacramento Ca. and Tampa are 30 years and older. Meaning every year they add another year to eligibility
Thanks for the compliment. It was nice meeting all of you guys also. I didn't catch which car won the traditional, was it one of you?
