1933 chevy p/up Assembly

i need information on the assembly of a 33 chevy pick up ( Cab. front and rear ends, chassi ect). My old man picked up an in pieces project and we can't figure out if the guy changed stuff around. or modified it at all.. and i was looking up book/manuals but everything seems to be for 60's cars.. im having no luck finding anything on it... any thing will help out.
