anyone see rommels revenge in HOT ROD?

did anyone else catch the car/truck/half-track in Hot Rod magazine anyone know the guy building it? I would love to see the guys website and see the thing progress.
I couldnt find a pic of it but it was the ww2 german halftrack the guy is building into a hot rod.

 

Damn - that sounds interesting, controversial, and expensive. Sounds like a real hot rod to me. I'd like to learn more.

 

I built that model when I was a kid. Came with skeletons inside, didn't it?

 

i found this of the model but the photo i saw of the actual rod is totally different design.

 

They just showed a pic of the fabricated body. Something looks "off" in the pic though, its hard to tell the scale of the body...

 

Its based on a real Nazi Halftrack like this one...

 

yup thats the one! man a non hot rodded one looks freakin tough!
