Yeah its early , but lets see who will be around this year... Also- where are you staying? Plan on meeting up at the Hard Rock Wednesday night about 9pm. Been telling lots of guys- looks like we could have a ton of people there.... Good food -cheap (by LV standards) beer.
Got my pre-registration credentials last week. I stay at the Hilton as the cost of taxi's parking, etc. is usually more when I stayed at less expensive hotels. It all comes out in the wash.
I am unsure if I am going this year, it's a ton of fun and all but I might have to just stay home and work...blah.
The wife and I will be there. Well actually I will be at SEMA and she will be in the Casinos. HAMB meet at the Hard Rock sounds great!
I'm going for the first time ever. A SEMA virgin! I'll be working in the company booth all day and I have no idea what to expect.
I'll be going for the first time, too... I'll probably be tied to the truck/industrial side for most of the show but would definately like to meet up with some folks!
I know it's an invite type of deal, and know what SEMA stands for, but wouldn't an auto repair type place be able to get these credentials too? Just wanted to know so I could start hitting up anyone I can think of for passes.
You bet I'll be there. Wouldn't miss a SEMA show for anything. And, a HAMB meet sounds great. However, the last time I went in the Hard Rock, you couldn't hear yourself think it was so loud. Now, I know that I amd definitely among the older HAMBers but, if you want to yak with new and old friends, this place ain't that condusive to conversation. Just a thought...
SEMA Show is a by-registration-only show... you'll need the basic credentials, like a businesss registration and a tax ID... the basics to prove you own the business, and that it's automotive-related (business cards, ID, etc)... Check out http://www.semashow.com for more details....

my first SEMA show, going from the 29th thru the 3rd... i'll try to hit the meet and great at the hard rock, sounds like a good idea to me!
And this year I PROMISE not to fall asleep before I get there and miss it !!! We have told a few other peeps too- should be like a reunion in there if we do it right..... Im not freaking wearing a name tag though. No idea where we are staying or anything yet- just know we will be there Tue- Sat . GOTTA be there for Halloween-nothing better than freaks in Vegas on Oct31st.
Some cat wanted to fly me out there to spray his car at the show. Apparently he had some cash??? Unless my phone rings soon, I'll be sittin home, haha.
We will be there from Friday to Friday! Going to the drag races on Sunday and gambling until the convention starts. Staying downtown at the Plaza, 3 free nights and the rest at casino rate, $133.20 for 7 nights...at least the craps table paid off a little.
I will be there again. this time with the wife...Staying at Paris.... I will show up at a meet and greet... Jason.

I agree with John on this, that ain't no place to hold a meet and greet, too crowded and too noisy. Having said that, I don't really have a good suggestion. Last year there were only 4 of us that showed up anyway. BB
