With the track opening up earlier this year, and no poker run as of yet on the books, i was thinking of having a little dounut meet and greet at my pad sat morning maybe around 10ish or so.I'm right off of the 171 hwy on the way to mokan.Last year we did a bbq before but being so early i thought maybe dounuts?? As i've posted on other threads if anyone needs anything i've also got a shop at the house that is open to use also or trailer storage for the guys that are towing from far but still want to drive to the track. So what do you guys think??

right on guys thanks.my addy is 1013 w briarbrook ln carl junction mo 64834.i'm not very clever with the internet so maybe someone wouldn't mind posting a map for me.i'll print some out when i return home,(I'm at the woodward dream cruise in mi right now), and bring them to the hotel thrus and fri nights and probly meet everyone at the hotel and we can just cruise on over sat morning.

Ryno - if you're gonna get those doo-nuts from Dude's, you might want to place an order ahead of time. Sometimes they get sold out of certain items in the morning.
We'll try to make it Ryno, but I'll have Lil' Mike taggin' along, so don't know if I can drag him out of bed that early on Saturday. Also, got to stop and see my Cuz and her hubby up on 171 at Kafir Rd., but all the Ross Auto crew will try to stop by for a donut!!

Ryan o is was thinkin about starting the festivities out around 9-10 or so when ever everybody finally gets up.The track dont open till 12 and racin dont kick of till 3 so we'll just play it by ear and sight(when no ones around anymore I'll clean up and head to the track)
Ryno and his wife were awesome hosts last year. BobK, Earl Schieb and myself made it over there for one of the best damn cheeseburgers I've ever had. And I love his basement, he's got a Weezner fetish in a good way. Sorry I'm missing this year.
I'll second that, it was a treat all around. The basement Rocks, I'll miss the cheesburgers but DONUTS are always good. BB
some directions: from the hotel (rangeline rd.)head north away from the I-44 follow that all the way to 171hwy/demott/mcauthar (theres a Mc Donalds on one corner and a kum and go on the other)make a left take that past airport and through the next stop light (theres a sonic on the coner)keep going straight about 1/2 mile. as hwy 171 turns to the right you want to turn to the left onto fir rd. go under the rail road tracks past sues & caseys gas station. 2 streets past caseys make a right on south gate. follow to the end.thats W Briar Brook ln.make a left I'm the 2nd house on the right side. 1013 w briar brook ln.mapquest will get you close, but get there the street is to new.Thanks and see you guys soon.Ryno

ya that looks real close.there are some new streets that don't show on that map,but its super easy to find.
