    the trick to a 4-door converson chop is to stretch the whole top. cut the top horizonially from door to door. i cut my top in half and stretched it 4 inches

    i did cut rear wheel wells out. running a radial whitewall from coker, think its about 25 in tall. got a home built 2-link set up in the rear for the bags

  12. Did you end up having to stretch the roof? I've seen a few GM 2 door posts with severe chops, but the roof line never quite flowed and most turn out to have a flat spot. Yours has a nice smooth flow.

    Damn was I the only one to pick up on this?? Where did you water jet the glass....was it a 5 axis type machine? Did it come out clean or did you have to polish the edges after?

    i lucked out on the water jet. theres a place about 5 miles from my house that does this. the guy can cut though steel 8 inches thick. he said the pressure is at about 80,000 pounds it the tip and the only chance the glass will break will be if he drops it! as for the edge after cutting there is a little fogging but my rubber coverd that up. as far cutting glass this is the way to go. he only charged me $50.00 bucks

    I would relocate that exhaust pipe thou, just my opinion of course.
