Yep, Shockwaves in the front, AirBar in the back. I think that piece was fom the rear setup. It's all for a tech piece for the Gazette.

That car was sweet to begin with. I know it will really be incredible when you are done with it.

  8. Very nice, just one request please don't put some ugly big mags and low profile tires on it. Beautiful work! Rags

    Damn thats sitting nice.

So the rear is the air ride bolt on 4 link kit ?

Any pics of the install ? where can i see this tech article ?

    I love it man

  10. Chop that bitch.

Lowering a 60s car always makes the upper look baby-headed if it's not chopped. While it's in the shop anyway. . . just do a little nip here, a little tuck there. . .

I picked up a pound of abalone flake and 8oz of blue ice flake (white but reflects blue) and some paint samples on the way to Alex's on Monday. When I got there we put the car outside and dumped it. It's 2" lower in the back now than the photos at the beginning of this thread. It looks SICK!

It should be going into the booth soon. I can't wait!

Gotta love the abalone flake. I must say I'm one jealous MF. Cant wait to see this one done I can already see it in my head. Can I be in your will.
Actually if I was in the will I'd end up on a grassy hill with a rifle expediting the proceedings. As you can tell Ive been in Dallas to long Im getting a case of the lee harveys.

Sorry to critique another brothers cool ride, just don't like the Boyd style wheels. Keep up the x-lent work Capn. Kirk!!-Sololobo/Roadburners of Omaha

Now all this '60 needs is to drop that rear, dump those wheels and tires, add some Astros and white walls... then it would look really good.

  23. Drop the rear, and keep on going. Get rid of those billetmobile wheels, and get a set of tires that look wider than rubberbands. . . .

That's all. But I agree, the Starliner is an awesome car to begin with.
