38 Ford and 36 Ford. Also did a 49 Ford and a 46 Olds but can't find pics. The secret to doing it right is centering the gauges infront of the steering column. Clark
is it a coupe or a roadster? Another tip is leaving the cowl lip piece on makes it alot easier, because the curve is more flat than the actual tank. Of course here are 4 i've done without that cowl piece, and they were kinda a pain in the ass! '36 in a '29 roadster cowl (gonna have split windshield)needs some bondo! '40 in '29, probably the trickiest one yet - red dot II another '40 but in a '30 roadster - red dot I '32 in '29, without the speedo though - chief I'm starting a 54 f100 dash in a 30 roadster. It'll have a wrap-around connecting the doors. I'll post pics this week. Good luck, TP
I like all the dashes shown above, but if your building a 40's or 50's era model A with '40 Ford steelies and a flathead I would use an older dash like the '36 Ford. If you want the 60's look with Radir mags, cheater slicks and a Olds Rocket or a Cadillac motor I would use something newer like the '60 Chevy dash. Remember its your car build it the way you like it!
56 plymouth... Not quite finished, but hopefully it will be over the winter. Way fucking harder than I thought it'd be.
