My daily driver is a 1951 chevy 3100..full oil pressure 235 and 6 volt I have been workin on it as I drive it. This past week I started on rust control to try to preserve the truck until I can afford to do the body work and get a real paint job.. I rattle canned the roof with krylon semi gloss and started to strip the grill this week. The fenders will go black to match the roof and the body will be primer grey... wheels will be chevy 235 blue and the bumpers will possibly be white.. I have my lowering blocks for the rear and it will come down two inches soon..
Cool!- I figured that 300lb bumper is how you got the front so low. Keep it Green! That's what color 50's trucks are supposed to be. Gray primer goes well with Camaros and Mullets.
the green is a latex house paint, the farmer who had it, well he painted it with a brush.. I lowered it with a dropped axle and removed 4 leaf springs.. as for the grey, would you forgive me if it was grey from a bitchin camero? I promise no mullet.. your ford rocks btw
