63-66 Chev truck airbag brackets

    Don't have the time to make front airbag mount brackets. I saw brackets at Suicide that said for 67-87 and mine is a 65. Trying to figure out if these will work. I thought 63-72 was the same and 73-87 the same. My main concern is the upper mount plate. Anyone know if these will work?

    Yeah, same thing. You don't need lower brackets.

    Sorry the pic is sideways, but my wife's '65 Suburban never used lower cups which allowed the truck to sit lower and still get enough lift to clear 22-inch wheels with a z-ed frame and a channel.

    Cool. Appreciate the reply. Yeah, wasn't planning on using the cup for the lower, just gonna weld a plate in.

    You don't even need a lower plate at all though. The bag will fit perfectly in there. :)

    I gotta weld a plate 'cause I lowered my spring pockets a couple inches.
    I've not been able to post on 67-72chevytrucks. It keeps telling me I don't have permission.
