I recently picked up a '66. It is bigger than yours though. I was thinking of a full size chevy truck chassis for underneath it would work.

The front view chop came out pretty good, so I decided to try the three-quarter rear view. It is photochopped about 8 inches, I think.
I just eye-balled it until the proportions were good.

But then to keep the truck from being too claustrophobic, I reset the rear and side-door windows to stock height. The passenger side window is smaller than stock, but still ample enough to be usable.

Were this my truck, I would then dress it up with nice passenger car chrome bumpers, wide whites, and a chrome grill. And definitely two-tone or even three-tone paint, something classy like you might see at Pebble Beach.

I like customs with a subtle sense of humor. It's like dressing up a female gorilla in a ball-gown and bringing her to the Prom!
