I just bought a 54 Chevy 2 door and I'm looking for some ideas. What ya got guys ?

anyways Mongo here is a couple of pics we snapped yesterday during the memorial day holiday
the ol lady and the kids and i decided we where gonna be brave and take a 200 mile round trip cruise in the 53 to my property at Medina Lake (i just finished putting in a new motor on the 19th of may and i had only driven it like 30 miles so far on the new motor) so off we go and had a fairly nice uneventful day the only problem we encountered was loosing an exhaust flange bolt about halfway there

tried locating another nut and lock washer once at the property but had no such luck------screw it lets drive it home and hope we dont loose the other one

made it back ok

here's my 53 chevy that i traded off last month.

 

I have been around here for a while, and I expected at least one person with nothing better to do to post " Did you do a search ". Yes I did a search and I did'nt find crap. Part of the point of doing this is to give new people a chance to post pics and to see some new stuff that hasn't been posted. I will post some pics as soon as I get it home on Thursday.
