Just got back from the show, had a good time, met some HAMBers, and snapped a few shots. Full-size shots available upon request...
I gotta say we sure had a good time! My fiance made a few bux in the casino,I got to see some friends and the rain held off just long enough. Gertrude's picture here just made my day. Thanks Blues Hound!!!!
A good time for sure. Was happy that my '57 made the trip OK, just put it on the road first on Thursday. The orange Chevy truck was really sweet, I dont' know if he parked outside the gates because it was 63-newer, but that didn't stop the blue Camaro guy. I'll definitely go to this one again.
Yeah, who the hell let that Camaro guy in anyway? The truck was oozing with cool, definitely a cruiser worth bending the rules for.
It was a great turnout of cars. Thanks to the Cheaters for putting it together, It can only get better in years to come. Not to mention the Music, people, booze etc..........good times ROB
Nice to see Carl and Senior Zenor again and also meet my long lost brother Rob Paul and check out each others cars. Awesome car dude!
Thats right. I always wanted a brother who could build bad ass cars, youve got a cool sedan. Squablow stole the show with the 57' custom 2-door. Good to put faces to names. Later ROB
I think I missed Squabs 57. I was inside for a while, Anybody got a pic of it or any other car for that matter. Thanks........Mike
I checked the archives for pictures of Squab's car from Saturday's show and from Cliffy's Thursday night garage session, but no luck. I didn't stick around too long on Saturday, I left just ahead of Rob. Didn't take him long to get ahead of me as evidenced by the last picture....
Kool Pics!! I never get tired of looking at Kustoms & Hot Rods. Looks like they had a good turn out. I'm kinda fond of the pinstriped Kat. Happy Trails, Mick
Trust me, you don't want to see pictures. Someone in the late 70's mudded the back doors shut on a 4 door sedan and painted the whole thing white. Now the white paint is flaking off to reveal red underneath, and the bondo is all cracked along the door gaps. It does have a sweet Nixon bumper sticker on it, though. The show was definitely a good time, I'll definitely go again next year.
Ok I did see it. Damn I wish I would've known it was your car I would have stopped and Bs'd for a while......Mike
