Update on Chili Phil in the hospital...

I just got off the phone with Mrs. Chili. They ended up putting in two stents. She said he is doing good and is in a room now. I dont have any other details but will update ya when I get to talk to him later. Hopefully he'll be home in a day or two.

 

Thanx for the news. Phil is a great guy. Love seeing and talking with him at the car shows and get togethers here locally. KNUX!

Stents?? Those are braided stainless like streetrodders use, Phil! You should have insisted on clear red hose or neoprene with Eelco fittings to stay traditional! Best wishes, anyhow!

I talked to Phil last night. He sounded good and said hes feeling okay. Hes at Memorial in Long Beach, room 301, but should be home in a day or so. I'm sure he really appreciates your best wishes. Now he should have no excuse not to finish up the Olds! I keep telling him I'm gona load up my tools and come down and help him thrash on it for a week...
