I'm glad to be a new member to the HAMB. I've been reading the HAMB postings for several years and decided to officially join because I've been missing out on so much. I met many HAMBers at the 2005 HAMB drags and at the 2007 Lonestar Round-Up. You may recognize my 27 T roadster from both events, (I'll post pictures when i figure out how). I had loads of fun at both events and plan on attending more HAMB events. Loved the tour that Reggie put together. I'm currently working on a 30 model A coupe that was brought to KC from Fresno (area), CA in the late 60's. The car still has '68 CA plates. The previous owner did not know exact history bought remembered that the car was a fairly famous "shop" car in fresno area. The car had a '40 flathead, 39 trans, juice brakes, painted green w/ black fenders, with a gold engine and firewall, with gold kelsy hayes wheels. I'd love to find some history on the car if what the guy told me is actually true. Thats enough babbling. Glad to be apart of the HAMB. T&A Flathead
I posted 2 pictures of my 27 roadster. pictures were taken at the Drive'In on the tour during HAMB drags 2005.
Welcome..............So, I guess you got your linkage figured out? We stopped to help you on the way home from the "Greaserama". Chris Nelson
Welcome to the Board!! I can't wait to see your Coupe...It's got to be bitchin given what you did with the T.
I'm not sure we met in '05. But that don't mean much. Welcome aboard, and forget about the damned history on the car. build it and make your own history. Leme know if you need somethin' I'm not hard to find.
You also need to post some pix of your other projects, like your garage, the shoebox, the 55, the other A, the other T, the.... Seriously, this guy has some cool iron...
Welcome to the HAMB, I am also new and from St. Louis. Working on a 32 rodster pile of parts that should run some day. Was Lawrence muddy? I chickened out after a week of rain. Jeff
