What is a good metal shaping book?

    We just ordered a english wheel and planishing hammer today and would like to learn this art of metal shaping.We do custom paint and body work and are starting to get into building more of one of a kind cars and know we will have alot of use for these (if we can learn it).Looking for a good book to learn by that will cover all of metal shaping from hand beating to english wheel to planishing and so on.Also looking for a good place to buy our beaters bag and mallets.Thanks everyone.

    Check out another forumn www.metalmeet.com lots of info there on these machines and how to use them.

    Also:MetalFabricator's handbook by Ron Fournier 1st &2nd editions

    Untimate Metalshaping by Timothy Remus and Harley Dvidson Sheet-
    Metal fabrication by timothy Remus

    Today, unlike in times passed, there is a good deal of printed, as well
    as video & dvd info available on metalshaping.

    Dave, the site you referenced, tinman.com, takes you to a medical site. The tinman is another site for a guy that does pressed tin ceilings. Got another address? I would like to check out Kent's stuff. Thanks.

    Ron Fourniers 1st edition metal fabricators handbook was my first.
