    Looks more like a down hill racer than a pedal car....still cool though..

    It's a soapbox car for the XGR racing that had auto makers build soapbox cars. I think it sold on e-bay for around 5-8 k!! Not an SFVISBF racer for sure, they'd be too worried about getting it scratched up.

  7. If it is the same, pretty sure it is, just proves how much paint can change something. Liked it before. I like it alot more now.

    Actually,that's a Foose Design Gravity Downhill racer AKA Soapbox Derby Racer...Built for a charity auction..Front and rear IFS with disc brakes and all..

    Being a pedalcar guy, my favorite of all time is the 56 Murray Good Humor. I had 10 of these at one time... traded most of them off.

    It was designed and built by Brandon Smisek.He did it all from clay to mold and fiberglass shell in his garage.Thomas and his crew did the chasis at his new shop he was still at boyds when it all started, he left there towards the end.

    Here's a few pics of some pedal-cars I took a couple weeks ago at 'Paso'. The green Deuce with black scallops was designed and built by Chip Foose. The cars will be raffled off for charity.
