Help ID this dash clock & housing (late 50's)

    Please help me figure out what this originally came off of. I cleaned off the paint on the dash housing (orig. black). Clear lense is plastic, not glass. On the back of the actual clock-mechanism/gear-housing it is stamped (in dark black ink/paint)
    NOV 57
    12 V
    "Westclox" and numerous US patent #'s are stamped/cast back there too.

    Housing "looks" to be cast aluminum. (Very intricate for aluminum, but too clean/smooth to be pot-metal.- it is Non-magnetic, so not sure without more cleaning)
    Cast on the back are the #'s

    Part # looks like '57 Olds ... since it would fit in the recessed part I'll go that way.

    In as much as its dated Nov 57 its most likely '58. See pics.
