  1. What an incredible show! It was humbling to see so much history gathered in one place.

  3. I wondered why they didn't paint the Orange Crate in Comp orange. The Kandy doesn't look right to me. Historic cars should be done the way they were. Artistic license? Phooey!
     

  4. I'm not sure when the candy orange paint was done, but it had to have been awhile ago. It was cracking badly and showed alot of patina. The car is in need of restoration.
    I agree, comp orange would look better. I also don't care for the funky vertical ghost flames.
    As a kid, that was one of my favorite model car kits. I must have built a dozen of them damn things.

  6. awesome pics.. thanks for posting..

    the two 60's style rods at the top are def cool.. the purple people eater always blows me away no matter how many times i see it..
