I'd actually shoot for something a little better, if you're new to metal work. But I'd give you $100 for it so I could hang it on the wall in the shop!

    haha

You could probably keep the quarters and mate them to a roadster cowl, narrow the rear pan and run it that way. I have an extra roadster cowl if you end up needing one?

Looks like typical "Michigan Rust" here...anything is fixable. Find some doors, (or fill them in); cut the top...endless possibilities...I say, go for it! If nothing else, you have some patterns to work with. That ain't that bad!

  4. A little bondo (alot of bondo) and a little paint (alot of paint) it'll be better than new ;)

  5. It'll make a wonderful cheese grater.

I would have dragged it home too!

Does the air conditioning work? If so, you can fill the roof.

ah, i think we'd all have drug it home!! man, i like these unchoped, but the radster look is sweet too. looks like you got a few good panels. all in all, a good find, or sell it and build up more money for what you really want. you say you drug it out of the woods, so i'm assuming it was free. anything is 100% profit then. dont get too discouraged, i've seen worse!

killer. if you filled the doors and went the coupster route, i would think a guy could pull it off on the cheap. the top of that cowl will suck to make but i know a guy whos good with metal.......

...now go back to work on your chevy so you can drive that sucker to the RR in june.
